This fun filled event is designed for the whole family. Young and old will enjoy the festivities as we feature a wide array of vendors, fantastic food, Bingo, cake walk, dunk tank, face painting, fishing pond, bounce houses, volley ball, raffles, and the BBQ cook off! This event gets better every year with local churches donating drinks and prizes, commissioners and mayors willing to be targets in the dunk tank, and the friendly rivalry of the BBQ grillers over who will have bragging rights for the next year. The event is held the Saturday before Memorial Day (May 25, 2019) at the Coffeeville High School) from 10 AM to 4 PM. Though rain has attempted to dampen this event the last 2 years, we’re hoping for a perfect day in 2019!

To be a vendor at this year’s event, the vendor's fee is $25 ($30 if electricity is required).

Entry fee for the BBQ contest is $25.
